Return and Refund policy
Your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of supply in respect of orders delivered to you using one of our third party couriers, then; when orders are dispatched from our premises, all risk of loss or damage passes to we are fancytolbeautyplace are not liable for any errors made by these services we will ensure all product arrive in excellent condition however, if your product arrived faulty we shall provide and exchange or refund the item.
Kindly reach out to our customer care team if there is an issue with the unit before sending it back.
Please not that @wigsbyfbp does not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind, if you feel the color does not suite or if you select the wrong cap size. All discounted items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note that if you request the excess lace cut before postage, rerun of such item will not be granted.
Please ensure you measure your head as per our size chart to ensure the correct cap size. please contact us for guidance should you request further assistance.
Refund will only be given if the product is deemed faulty upon assessment, return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, uncut, or altered in anyway. We cannot accept cut or worn units. please take care when trying unit on and do not cut off the excess lace until you are satisfied.
Returns that do not meet our policy will be declined with the exception of faulty units, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Refunds will be issue back via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need up to 10 workings days to process the funds back to your account.
